I'm Jenny Robles Choi, a Product Designer at SAP Germany, designing AI-powered decision systems across process mining, analytics, and value realization.

My work spans core initiatives including Value Analysis, Insights Central, and analytics tooling, supporting 1M+ users across thousands of global brands in improving complex business processes at scale. I focus on translating data and AI into decision-ready experiences, balancing user needs, business impact, and long-term scalability.

My experience spans Enterprise, AI, Public Sector, and Consumer products, including national-scale platforms and high-traffic consumer applications.

I'm currently based between Germany and New York, and have lived and worked across six countries on three continents—experience that continues to shape how I approach ambiguity, collaboration, and designing for global user needs.
